Presenter Bio - Jon Briccetti
Jon Briccetti is President of Troy Web Consulting, an Adobe Solutions and
Training Partner, the Co-Manager of the Albany NY ColdFusion User Group, a
certified Adobe Instructor and a father of a giant herd of kids, not one
of which is programming in ColdFusion - yet. Jon has been presenting
ColdFusion topics for years, including at MAX, User Groups and the old
Allaire ColdFusion Roadshows.

In this session Ken Petersen will discuss some of the problems and solutions for managing large volumes
of emails sent via cfmail.

Presenter Bio - Ken Petersen
Ken Petersen has been the web developer for Capital Region BOCES for the past 11 years. He began
using ColdFusion 5 years ago and subsequently developed an opt-in E-mail alert system for school districts
called "School News Notifier" (SNN) in 2007. SNN is currently being used by 23 school districts throughout
eastern New York state.
